It’s Korma Again

Today is my first day officially working from home until probably end of next week when I would start my maternity leave. Gosh, how time flies! I still remember the very first time when I posted about my pregnancy and now I’m almost due! Although I should be resting but being myself, I’m the restless type and just can’t get my hands off my laptop. Being at home means cutting down my traveling time by more than an hour and that gives me more time to prepare scrumptious meals for dinner. I did the Korma thingy again and this time it’s more successful. Thicker gravy which turned out to meet my expectation. Looks normal but there are lots of ingredients involved and blending the measurement and taste of the spices can be quite tricky.
next time remember to cook for me.
