It’s been a busy and tiring week. Anyway, this was something we tried @Manchester early this week during my business trip. A typical Mongolian feast which was quite good. Well, maybe because we got all the right ingredients..yeah you need to mix your choice of fish, meat, vege, sauces and spices. The chef just set the dish on the grill…no sweat huh? - mel.

I tried once in Flagstaff before, but it wasn’t that great though.
