Indian-Chef Wannabe
Without fail, Eng has been religiously seeking for his perfect Rogan Josh Lamb since he first tasted it in Bangalore. It was like love at first sight haha (yes I can still laugh about it)..As you can see, he even bought a book on Indian recipes with the hope that I would be able to learn and cook as well as an Indian chef wahhhhh. This was our second attempt cooking the dish from scratch and this time Eng did it all by himself and it turned out precisely well! I love it! Spices used for this recipe are garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder. Not too sure if these can be easily obtained in KL? Otherwise, we would have to become DHL when we return - mel.
