Cherry Season

I used to dislike cherries..urrghh cough syrup. Not till one fine day in year 2002 when I changed my mind after trying some fresh cherries…mmmmm…come to think about it, maybe it’s the preserved ones that I didn’t like. Currently, it’s the cherry season here in Europe. Yeah! The season is celebrated in quite a big-ish way in US - National Cherry Festival. Nevertheless, what could be more rewarding than to enjoy some sweet tasting ruby-red fruits on a grey rainy Saturday after a long productive week at work - mel.
