Rapeseed Oil

Spring is the beginning season for rapeseed oil plantation. The sea of yellow crops is startling enough to catch our attention as we cruise along the English highway. Ignorant on the use of the plant, we decided to search the net. True enough that rapeseed oil which has been processed to remove toxic chemicals is actually canola. It contains healthy fat and mostly unsaturated which are not associated to heart disease and even better than coconut oil, palm kernel oil and cocoa butter. So it is definitely a healthy choice for cooking, so now we can eat at ease.
